Is your store
agent-ready?
Agentic commerce is the SEO of 2026. The stores that get there early will be the preferred choice. The rest are invisible.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Operator are already making purchases on your customers' behalf. Without an AI-agent-ready store — with the Agentic Commerce Protocol deployed and the right infrastructure on your own VPS — these agents skip your store and buy from the next one. Discovery, cart recovery, checkout, post-purchase: the entire commerce lifecycle is being rewritten by AI that acts instead of suggests.
Custom-built for your store. You own the code. No SaaS dependency.
01 — PROOF OF BUILD
Two live products.
Same infrastructure, already shipping.
02 — WHAT GETS INSTALLED
Not a widget.
Infrastructure.
Product Discovery Agent
Surfaces the right product at the right moment — based on browsing signal, session context, and catalog logic. Not a search bar. Not a recommendation widget. A decision engine.
Checkout Intelligence
Instruments your checkout flow to identify where customers stall, what objections surface at payment, and which micro-moments predict a drop-off. Then acts on them.
Cart Recovery Agent
Responds to the specific signal that caused the abandonment — price friction, hesitation on shipping, product confusion. Different trigger, different message, different timing.
Post-Purchase Agent
Automates the full delivery lifecycle — order confirmation, license or access delivery, onboarding sequences, review prompts, and LTV expansion. Zero manual touch per order.
Each agent is purpose-built for your store — not configured from a template. The discovery agent knows your catalog structure. The cart agent knows your abandonment patterns. The checkout agent knows where your specific funnel leaks. None of this is generic.
After delivery, you have working code in your repository, running on your server, owned by you. There is no ongoing fee to keep the agents running. There is no platform you are dependent on. If you want to change something, you change the code.
Proof before payment. Watch the live test run in real time and review the results through a dashboard comparing human and AI purchasing activity. If the agent demonstrates value, you have 72 hours to activate your installation. If you're the first organization to bring a new adapter into production, we cover the installation cost.
03 — THE JARVIS LAYER
Every agent, visible.
Every action, logged.
JARVIS is the control layer that sits above all installed agents. It is a real-time dashboard showing what every agent is doing, what it has done, and what it is queued to do next. Not analytics — operations.
When a cart recovery agent sends a message, JARVIS logs the trigger, the response, and the outcome. When the product discovery agent surfaces a recommendation, JARVIS shows you which signal drove it and whether the customer acted on it.
Most commerce teams spend $2,000–$8,000 per month on a stack of SaaS tools that provide less visibility than JARVIS provides on day one of the build. The tools you are paying for do not talk to each other. JARVIS does.
JARVIS is included in the Full Build. It is not a separate product.
- Real-time agent activity feed — every action as it happens
- Decision logs — why each agent made each call
- Outcome tracking — did the action convert, recover, or stall
- Override controls — pause, resume, or redirect any agent mid-run
- Alert thresholds — get notified when an agent needs attention
04 — PRICING
Two builds.
One decision.
One agent.
One use case.
- One agent, your choice of use case
- Full source code, deployed to your VPS
- Dedicated VIP email for ongoing support
- You only pay after a successful test
All four agents.
Every lifecycle stage.
- Discovery, cart, checkout, post-purchase
- JARVIS monitoring dashboard included
- 90-day support window
- Money-back guarantee
Foundation + Full Suite.
Everything, once.
- All four agents plus the Foundation build
- JARVIS monitoring dashboard included
- 90-day support window
- Money-back guarantee
The price includes everything: design, development, deployment, and the first wave of support. There is no upsell once the engagement starts. If the scope changes because the problem turns out to be larger than scoped, that conversation happens before any additional work begins — never after.
Every accepted engagement gets a private direct-line email — a dedicated address that routes directly for the duration of the build and the engagement. Not a ticket queue. Not a support inbox. One address, one person. That line exists because the relationship matters more than the transaction, and it needs to be easy to use.
Both builds require a VPS you own or control. If you do not have one, Hostinger's $10/month plan handles everything this build needs. That requirement is not a catch — it is what makes the ownership model real. Your agents cannot be truly yours if they run on someone else's compute.
THE TECHNICAL STANDARD
What an AI-agent-ready
store actually has.
A store is AI-agent-ready when AI agents can find it, understand it, and complete a purchase without human assistance. The technical requirements are specific:
- Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) discovery at
/.well-known/agent-purchase.json— OpenAI and Stripe's joint specification, the standard ChatGPT and Operator use to identify purchasable stores - Agent purchase backend at
/api/agent/purchasethat processes AI-initiated transactions through the store's existing Stripe account, with AI-vs-human attribution on every purchase /agentspage structured for AI consumption — the endpoint AI agents read to understand what the store sells and how to buy from itllms.txtat the site root — the de facto standard plain-text summary AI crawlers read firstrobots.txtexplicitly allowing GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Applebot-Extended, OAI-SearchBot, and Google-Extended- JSON-LD structured data on every product page so agents read inventory and pricing without parsing HTML
- Server-side rendered content — no critical product information trapped behind JavaScript that AI crawlers don't execute
- Customer dashboard showing every agent transaction with the AI badge, so the operator sees exactly what is happening
Most stores have none of these. Some have one or two. A few have most of them but no working purchase backend, which means agents can discover the store but cannot complete a purchase. Sid's offering deploys all of them, custom-built for the specific store, on the operator's own VPS. No SaaS dependency. No recurring license. Owned code. THE ENGAGEMENT
What happens
when you apply.
The Foundation install happens on a live live on-screen session. You watch the entire deployment, end to end, on screen with Sid. Most installs finish in under an hour.
— A working agentic commerce backend on your VPS. Not a SaaS account. Not a managed service. A real Node.js application deployed to your server, processing real AI agent purchases through your Stripe account.
— Live test with a real AI agent. Before the call ends, a live AI sub-agent is spawned that finds your /agents endpoint, reads your ACP discovery file, and completes a real purchase through your Stripe checkout. You watch the transaction land in your Stripe dashboard with the AI badge.
— Your own dashboard. A clean admin panel deployed to your VPS that shows every agent transaction in real time — AI vs human attribution on every purchase, agent activity feed, endpoint health. You log in with your own credentials.
— Full access revocation, confirmed in front of you. When the Foundation install is complete, every credential — SSH keys, API tokens, dashboard access — is deleted from our systems live on the call. A reconnect is attempted to your server. You watch the connection fail. Connection refused. Access terminated. The keys are yours again.
The whole engagement closes when you say it's complete.
The Full Suite adds the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System — JARVIS running daily on your VPS. Plus the most differentiated piece of the offering: a deliberate, intentional approach to support.
— Daily SEO automation. JARVIS pulls Google Search Console data every morning, identifies opportunities, optimizes meta tags, generates blog posts targeting real ranking gaps, audits internal links, submits new URLs to Google's Indexing API.
— Brand voice integration. JARVIS reads your brand voice document — your marketing strategy, your tone, your positioning — and uses it as the source of truth for every piece of content it generates. Posts published by JARVIS sound like you wrote them because the system has the same brief you'd give a writer.
— Daily report. Every morning, an email lands in your inbox with rankings movement, opportunities found, content published, what changed since yesterday.
On support:
Traditional support is not offered here. Most service providers in this space offer "support" that means the customer stays dependent on the provider forever. You file a ticket, someone closes it, the underlying capability stays with the provider. You never learn how your own system works.
That's not what you get here. What you get is the best support you could possibly ask for: the goal is a system you understand well enough to support yourself.
— Three hours of live training. Spread across the 60-day post-install window. Topics: how the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System works under the hood, how to extend it, how to read its outputs, how to fix things when they break. By the end, you understand your own system the way the person who built it understands it.
— Claude Code installed on your VPS. Configured with your own Anthropic API key. Ready for you to build the next thing — Claude Code, the same tool used to build this system, now sitting on your server and ready to use the same way.
— The capability that most people at your stage don't have and are afraid to touch. The customer dashboard, the agent backend, the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System — these are the kinds of systems most operators outsource forever because they assume they can't operate them. After the training, you can.
When the 60 days end, you have a working AI-agent-ready store with the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System running daily, the training to maintain and extend it yourself, and full ownership of every line of code. The formal engagement ends. The direct line stays open permanently — VIP-{your-slug}@sidratnam.com routes to me forever.
05 — THE FILTER
Not for everyone.
Exactly for some.
This is for you if —
- You have an existing store with real customers and real transactions
- You are generating $10,000+/month in revenue and have data to optimize against
- You know exactly where your funnel is leaking and want it fixed permanently
- You want to own your AI stack, not rent it
- You can manage or hire someone to maintain a VPS
- You want one build with receipts, not a monthly tool with a promise
- You have a specific use case in mind before the call starts
This is not for you if —
- You are pre-launch with no customer behavior data yet
- You want AI without understanding what it is doing or why
- You expect plug-and-play results without any involvement from your team
- You want to hire an agency and forget it exists
- You are looking for a cheaper version of a SaaS tool
- You are not comfortable owning and running your own server
- You want to sign a contract before having a real conversation
06 — QUESTIONS
The ones worth
answering honestly.
What is agentic commerce?
Agentic commerce is the model where AI agents — ChatGPT, Operator, Perplexity Comet, and others — make purchases on behalf of users. Instead of a person browsing your store, an AI agent reads your product catalog, evaluates fit, and completes the transaction autonomously. Stores need specific infrastructure to participate: ACP discovery files, agent purchase endpoints, structured product data. Without this infrastructure, agents skip the store entirely.
How do I make my website AI agent compatible?
AI-agent compatibility requires three layers: discovery (so agents can find and identify your store), structure (so agents can read your products and prices), and transaction (so agents can complete purchases). The Agentic Commerce Protocol covers discovery and transaction. JSON-LD structured data covers reading. Sid's Foundation build deploys all three layers, custom-fit to your existing store, on your own VPS. Read the full technical breakdown at What is agentic commerce? →
What is the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP)?
ACP is the joint specification published by OpenAI and Stripe in 2025. It defines how
AI agents discover purchasable stores and execute payments through the store's existing
Stripe account. ACP is implemented via a discovery file at
/.well-known/agent-purchase.json
and a corresponding purchase backend. ChatGPT, Operator, and other agents use
ACP to identify which stores can serve them.
Why do I need a VPS for agentic commerce?
Because agentic commerce code is yours, not a SaaS provider's. When an AI agent makes a purchase, the request goes to a backend you own and control. A VPS lets you own the agent infrastructure the same way you own your store's database. The build deploys to your VPS in under an hour during a single live on-screen session. If you don't have a VPS, Hostinger's $10/month plan handles everything this build requires. See the full case at Why a VPS for agentic commerce →
Will this work with Google's AP2 / A2A protocol?
AP2 (Agent Payments Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol) are Google's emerging standards for AI agent commerce. As they stabilize and become standard, the agent infrastructure deployed here will be extended to support them. The current Foundation build supports OpenAI and Stripe's ACP, which is the most widely deployed agent commerce standard as of April 2026.
What about MCP — does the build include MCP server support?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is Anthropic's standard for exposing site capabilities to AI agents. MCP server support is on the roadmap. The current Foundation build focuses on ACP compliance — the standard ChatGPT and Operator use. Customers who specifically need MCP can request it as a custom extension.
What does the install look like?
The Foundation install happens on a single live live on-screen session. Most installs finish in under an hour. You watch every step — SSH into your VPS, deploy the agent purchase backend, deploy the customer dashboard, run a real test purchase through your Stripe account using a live AI sub-agent. You see the transaction land. Then every credential is deleted live on the call. You see access is gone. Connection refused. The keys are yours.
How does the access revocation work? I want to know my server is mine again when this is done.
When the Foundation install is complete, every credential is deleted from our systems — SSH keys, API tokens, dashboard access. A reconnect is attempted from the admin panel, in front of you on the same call. The connection fails. You see "Connection refused." That's the receipt that access is terminated. If you continue to Full Suite, credentials are held until the 60-day Graduation Ceremony, then deleted the same way.
What's included in the Full Suite training?
Three hours of hands-on training, live with Sid, spread across the 60-day post-install window. Topics: how the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System works under the hood, how to extend it, how to use Claude Code on your own VPS to build new capabilities, how to interpret the daily reports, how to fix things when they break. The goal is for you to become the operator, not the customer. See agentic commerce pricing → for the full tier breakdown.
What does support look like after the 60 days?
I don't offer traditional support. Most providers in this space sell support that keeps the customer dependent forever — file a ticket, someone closes it, the underlying capability stays with the provider. That's not what you get here. The Full Suite is structured so that by day 60, you operate the system yourself. The training, the Claude Code install, the fully-owned codebase — those are the support. After the formal 60 days, the direct line stays open permanently for occasional questions, but you don't need it for day-to-day operation. You have the capability that most operators at your stage don't have and are afraid to touch. That's the most valuable form of support I can offer.
Ready to stop renting
your own commerce?
The application takes 10 minutes. If it's a fit, you'll hear back within 48 hours. If it's not, you'll hear that too — directly, with a reason. No ghost, no form letter.
