SIDRATNAM.COM  ·  AGENTIC COMMERCE

Is your store
agent-ready?

Agentic commerce is the SEO of 2026. The stores that get there early will be the preferred choice. The rest are invisible.

Right now, AI agents are opening apps, asking for products, and completing purchases — without a human touching a screen. ChatGPT Operator. Perplexity Comet. Google's shopping agents. They are buying on behalf of your customers today.

If your store isn't set up for them, they skip you. Not because your product is wrong. Because your store is invisible to the agent making the decision. The store that gets the sale isn't better — it's just ready.

Custom-built for your store. Deployed live on your server. You own every line of code.

01 We deploy everything on your server — live, while you watch.
02 A real AI agent completes a real purchase through your payment processor. You watch it land.
03 You have 72 hours to decide. If anything is wrong, you owe nothing.

Search for anyone else offering this. We'll wait.

Three coffee shops — two thriving with customers under neon lights, the center one dark, empty, and invisible to AI agents
ChatGPT Operator shopping on behalf of a user — agentic commerce in action

A customer opens ChatGPT and says "order me a latte from the closest coffee shop." The agent searches, evaluates, and places the order — all without the user touching a menu.

The shop two blocks away has great coffee, five stars on Google, and a working Stripe account. But it has no /.well-known/agent-purchase.json — the file that tells AI agents it's open for business — no agent endpoint to receive orders, and no machine-readable catalog for the agent to browse. So the agent skips it entirely. To the AI, that shop simply doesn't exist.

The shop that gets the order has identical coffee. It just has the right infrastructure. Read the full story →

How does a popular coffee shop become invisible to AI? →

In 1994, businesses said: "I don't need a website. My customers know where I am."

By 2004, those businesses were scrambling.

This is that moment again. Except it's moving faster.

A customer places an order.
The difference is who does it.

What an AI-agent-ready
store actually has.

A store is AI-agent-ready when AI agents can find it, understand it, and complete a purchase without human assistance. The technical requirements are specific — and most stores have none of them.

You don't need to understand all of this. But we do — and we deploy every piece of it.

ACP discovery — the golden eye that sees your store

Red — Invisible · ~95% of stores

No ACP file. No agent endpoint. ChatGPT Operator, Perplexity, and Google's shopping agents skip these stores entirely. They do not exist to AI.

Amber — AI-Discoverable · partial readiness

Has llms.txt or JSON-LD. Agents can find the store. But no purchase endpoint — discovery without transaction is a dead end.

Blue — AI-Integrated · full stack

ACP · AP2 · UCP MCP · A2A deployed. Target, Sephora, Costco, Best Buy, Wayfair. Agents can find them, read their catalog, and complete a purchase end-to-end.

Protocol 5 — Patent Pending · US Prov. 64/056,353

ABT-C V2 EXCLUSIVE

Cryptographic PII layer · conditional activation · activates when consumer agent signals ABT-C capability

Patent-pending. Protects customer identity in agent-initiated transactions. Only available through sidratnam.com. When the agent carries an ABT-C token, PII never travels unencrypted — verified on-chain before the transaction completes.

Not a widget.
Infrastructure.

01

Surfaces the right product at the right moment — based on browsing signal, session context, and catalog logic. Not a search bar. Not a recommendation widget. A decision engine.

JARVIS — AGENT CONTROL LAYER LIVE

03

Checkout Intelligence

Instruments your checkout flow to identify where customers stall, what objections surface at payment, and which micro-moments predict a drop-off. Then acts on them.

02

Cart Recovery Agent

Responds to the specific signal that caused the abandonment — price friction, hesitation on shipping, product confusion. Different trigger, different message, different timing.

04

Post-Purchase Agent

Automates the full delivery lifecycle — order confirmation, license or access delivery, onboarding sequences, review prompts, and LTV expansion. Zero manual touch per order.

Each agent is purpose-built for your store — not configured from a template. The discovery agent knows your catalog structure. The cart agent knows your abandonment patterns. The checkout agent knows where your specific funnel leaks. None of this is generic.

After delivery, you have working code in your repository, running on your server. If you want to change something, you change the code.

Every agent, visible.
Every action, logged.

JARVIS dashboard — real-time AI agent activity and purchase log
JARVIS agent activity detail — AI vs human purchase attribution
JARVIS daily AI strategy meeting — department heads analyze and plan

JARVIS is the control layer that sits above all installed agents. It is a real-time dashboard showing what every agent is doing, what it has done, and what it is queued to do next. Not analytics — operations.

When a cart recovery agent sends a message, JARVIS logs the trigger, the response, and the outcome. When the product discovery agent surfaces a recommendation, JARVIS shows you which signal drove it and whether the customer acted on it.

Most commerce teams spend $2,000–$8,000 per month on a stack of SaaS tools that provide less visibility than JARVIS provides on day one of the build. The tools you are paying for do not talk to each other. JARVIS does.

JARVIS is your autonomous technical team — SEO, content, graphics, social, security, marketing strategy — running every single day without you managing it. 89 tasks. One system. No headcount.

Every great team still needs a great CEO with a vision who knows how to direct it. The three hours of training exist for exactly that reason: so you understand what your team is doing, why it's doing it, and how to point it in the right direction when the strategy changes.

  • Real-time agent activity feed — every action as it happens
  • Decision logs — why each agent made each call
  • Daily AI strategy meeting — department heads analyze and plan
  • Morning report emailed to you at 7:30 AM every day
  • Self-healing loop — issues detected and resolved automatically
  • 89 tasks across SEO, content, social, security, and backups

Same infrastructure, already shipping.

Both proof products are live, revenue-generating, and maintained by the same person doing this build.
The receipts are public.

What happens
when you apply.

Chapter 01 — Foundation · Install Day

The Foundation install happens on a live on-screen session. You watch the entire deployment, end to end, with your dedicated operator. Most installs finish in under an hour.

Live install session — agentic commerce deployed to your VPS

Every credential — SSH keys, API tokens, dashboard access — deleted from our systems live on the call. A reconnect is attempted. You watch the connection fail. Connection refused. The keys are yours again.

The whole engagement closes when you say it's complete.

Chapter 02 — JARVIS Suite · JARVIS
JARVIS daily AI strategy meeting — department heads analyze and plan

The JARVIS Suite gives you a complete autonomous technical team. JARVIS handles SEO, content creation, social posting, security monitoring, nightly backups, and daily strategy — every day, automatically. Every great team still needs a great CEO. You bring the vision and direction. JARVIS executes.

Daily SEO automation.

JARVIS pulls Google Search Console data every morning, identifies opportunities, optimizes meta tags, generates blog posts targeting real ranking gaps, audits internal links, submits new URLs to Google's Indexing API.

Brand voice integration.

JARVIS reads your brand voice document — your marketing strategy, your tone, your positioning — and uses it as the source of truth for every piece of content it generates. Posts sound like you wrote them.

Daily report.

Every morning, an email lands in your inbox: rankings movement, opportunities found, content published, what changed since yesterday.

Chapter 03 — Support
"The goal is a system you understand well enough to support yourself."

Traditional support is not offered here. Most providers offer "support" that keeps the customer dependent forever — you file a ticket, someone closes it, the capability stays with the provider.

Three hours of live training.

Spread across the 60-day post-install window. How the system works under the hood, how to extend it, how to fix things when they break. By the end, you understand your own system the way the person who built it understands it.

AI coding agent installed on your VPS.

Configured with your own API key — Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or whatever you prefer. Ready for you to build the next thing using the same tool used to build this system.

The capability most operators outsource forever.

The dashboard, the agent backend, the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System — after the training, you can operate all of it yourself. That's the most valuable thing you leave with.

JARVIS morning report — daily intelligence summary emailed at 7:30 AM

When the 60 days end, you have a working AI-agent-ready store with the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System running daily, the training to maintain and extend it yourself, and full ownership of every line of code. The formal engagement ends. The direct line stays open permanently — VIP-{your-slug}@sidratnam.com routes to our team forever.

Built for operators.
Not for everyone.

You don't want to be left behind —

  • You have a live store and you want AI agents to find it and buy from it
  • You see the window opening and want to be in it before your competitors
  • You want a technical team — SEO, content, marketing — running autonomously without hiring one
  • You want proof it works before you pay a dollar
  • You can run a VPS, or you can hire someone who can
Live dashboard showing ChatGPT as a traffic source — AI agents already visiting your store

ChatGPT already visiting. Are you visible?

ChatGPT Operator shopping for coffee — skipping stores with no ACP endpoint

Without ACP — the agent skips you entirely

This isn't the right fit if —

  • You're pre-launch with no live transactions yet
  • You want a tool that runs itself with zero involvement from you
  • You're not ready to own and operate your own server
  • You're looking for a cheaper version of a SaaS product

Two builds.
One decision.

Proof before payment. Watch the live test run in real time and review the results through a dashboard comparing human and AI purchasing activity. If the agent demonstrates value, you have 72 hours to activate your installation. If you're the first organization to bring a new adapter into production, we cover the installation cost.

The price includes everything: design, development, deployment, and the first wave of support. There is no upsell once the engagement starts. If the scope changes because the problem turns out to be larger than scoped, that conversation happens before any additional work begins — never after.

Every accepted engagement gets a private direct-line email — a dedicated address that routes directly for the duration of the build and the engagement. Not a ticket queue. Not a support inbox. One address, one person. That line exists because the relationship matters more than the transaction, and it needs to be easy to use.

Both builds require a VPS you own or control. If you do not have one, Hostinger's $10/month plan handles everything this build needs. That requirement is not a catch — it is what makes the ownership model real. Your agents cannot be truly yours if they run on someone else's compute.

The ones worth
answering honestly.

01

Will this actually bring me more sales, or is this just a technical add-on?

It depends on your store and your category. What we can tell you: ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity are already sending users to buy things. Those users are going to stores that AI agents can transact with — and skipping stores that don't have the infrastructure. The Foundation build makes your store visible, readable, and purchasable by every major agent stack. If agents are shopping your category, you'll be in the results. If your store isn't agent-ready, you won't be — regardless of how good your product is.

02

What do I need to have in place before we start?

Three things: a live store with at least 90 days of real transaction history, a VPS (Hostinger's $10/month plan works — we'll confirm during the application), and a Stripe account. Your existing storefront, domain, and product catalog stay exactly as they are. Nothing gets rebuilt. The agent commerce layer installs on top of what you already have. See the full prerequisites at prerequisites →

03

Do I need to switch platforms or rebuild my store?

No. The build deploys on your VPS alongside your existing storefront — Shopify, WooCommerce, custom — it doesn't matter. Your store keeps running as-is. What gets added: the agent purchase backend, the five protocol endpoints, the customer dashboard, and the structured product data layer. Your checkout, your products, your branding — untouched. The only thing that changes is whether AI agents can find you and buy from you.

04

Which AI agents will be able to buy from my store?

Every agent that supports any of the five protocols in the stack: ACP covers ChatGPT, Operator, and any OpenAI-stack agent. AP2 covers Google's agent ecosystem. UCP MCP covers Claude and any Anthropic-built agent. A2A covers Google's agent-to-agent commerce layer. ABT-C v2 is our proprietary PII-safe transaction layer that sits across all five. Your store goes live on all five on install day — not one at a time, not on a roadmap.

05

How long does the whole thing take?

Foundation: one live session, under an hour. You're agent-ready the same day you apply and get approved. JARVIS Suite: 60 days post-install. That window covers JARVIS deployment, three hours of live operator training, and the Graduation Ceremony where access is revoked. There's no long onboarding, no waiting on an agency timeline. Most Foundation installs are scheduled within 48 hours of approval.

06

What's the price, and is there a guarantee?

Foundation is $5,000. JARVIS Suite is $20,000. Both together: $25,000. The guarantee on Foundation: if the install doesn't complete in the live session — agent purchase backend deployed, test transaction confirmed, access revoked — you don't pay. The install is done in front of you. Either it works on the call or the conversation about payment doesn't happen. See the full breakdown at pricing →

07

I'm giving you access to my server. How do I know that ends?

Two protections — one for before the install, one for after.

Before: When you book your install, you choose the date — it might be a week out, two weeks out. You provide credentials at that point. But those credentials don't open a live connection until your install window. The system is designed so that the operator cannot access your server before the day you selected. Not because we're asking them to behave — because the access window is locked to your chosen date. Even with credentials in hand, a connection attempt before your install day is refused by design. We'd have preferred to limit access to the exact moment you're on the call. That's not technically enforceable with perfect precision — so the next best thing: the window is narrow, tied to the day you picked, and nothing happens to your system outside of it. You scheduled it. You control when it opens.

After: When the Foundation install is complete, every credential is deleted from our systems — SSH keys, API tokens, dashboard access. A reconnect is attempted from the admin panel, in front of you on the same call. The connection fails. You see "Connection refused." That's the receipt that access is terminated. If you continue to JARVIS Suite, credentials are held until the 60-day Graduation Ceremony, then deleted the same way — on a live call, in front of you, with a failed reconnect as confirmation.

08

I'm not technical. Will I understand what's been built on my server?

You don't need to know how to code for either. With Foundation, your role is to monitor. You get a dashboard that shows your daily workflow — AI agent orders by source, what's running, what's moving. You can see exactly what's been built and whether it's working. That visibility is yours.

With JARVIS Suite, you go a step further. Through the training, you learn how to enhance the system for your own needs — how to take your vision for your business and give it to the AI, so it executes the way you intend. The AI is the engine. You're the visionary. Sidratnam.com is where you learn both.

09

What happens if something breaks after you're done?

Depends on which package you're on. Foundation customers always have direct access. Call, email, use the VIP line in your client portal — support is there when you need it, no ticket queues. JARVIS Suite is a different model entirely. We don't hand you a system and walk away — we build you into the operator. JARVIS is configured to your store, your voice, your growth targets. The training gives you the ability to make updates, tailor the system to your specific needs, and extend it as your vision evolves. This isn't traditional support. It's next-level — you run it, we're there to assist when you want us. Most JARVIS Suite operators don't need us after day 60. That's the point.

10

What's the difference between Foundation and JARVIS Suite — and which one do I need?

Foundation is the infrastructure: agent purchase backend, all five protocols, customer dashboard, structured product data — deployed in a single session. Your store is agent-ready. JARVIS Suite adds JARVIS — the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System that handles seven daily tasks to keep your store ranking: content, linking, publishing, reporting. Plus all four AI commerce agents (Discovery, Cart Recovery, Checkout Intelligence, Post-Purchase), three hours of live operator training, and 90 days of direct support. If you want to be agent-ready, start with Foundation. If you want to be the operator of a fully autonomous system, go JARVIS Suite.

11

What is ABT-C and why should I care?

ABT-C is a consumer data protection layer available exclusively through sidratnam.com — no one else in the industry is building it. What it does is enforce your own merchant privacy policy structurally. If your policy says customer data is handled a certain way, the protocol enforces that automatically — you don't have to go back and check whether you followed your own policy. The protocol does it for you, by design. It also protects your customers' personal data throughout every AI agent transaction — both sides protected by design, not by policy.

12

What is the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP)?

ACP is the joint specification published by OpenAI and Stripe in 2025. It defines how AI agents discover purchasable stores and execute payments through the store's existing Stripe account. Without ACP compliance, ChatGPT, Operator, and every agent built on the OpenAI stack cannot see or buy from your store. Foundation deploys full ACP compliance on install day — the discovery file, the purchase endpoint, and the Stripe handshake.

But ACP is just one of the five protocols we deploy. The full stack includes AP2 for Google, UCP MCP for Anthropic, A2A for Google's agent-to-agent layer, and ABT-C v2 — our proprietary consumer data protection layer, available exclusively through sidratnam.com. Together, the five protocols form a complete agentic commerce stack — every major AI platform covered, on install day, not on a roadmap.

13

Why do I need a VPS for agentic commerce?

The short answer isn't really about the VPS — it's about root access. To install these protocols, you need root-level access to a server. Without it, you're operating inside someone else's shared environment, and you're stuck within whatever that platform decides to support.

When they get around to supporting agentic commerce — if they ever do — they'll do it on their timeline, not yours. And they'll almost certainly charge you a monthly fee for it forever. You're dependent on everyone else's stack, and when they decide to move, you move. Or you don't.

A VPS gives you your own dedicated space with root access. You install the full protocol stack now, own it outright, and never depend on another platform's roadmap or pricing decisions again. Hostinger's $10/month plan is sufficient — we confirm compatibility during the free consult.

14

What does the install actually look like?

One live session on a call together — you're not watching from the sidelines, you're part of it. We SSH into your VPS, deploy the agent purchase backend, and deploy your new dashboard. Once the deployment is complete, we stop.

At that point, you open your new dashboard. You open your point-of-sale system. Then — together, both of us watching — a live AI agent places a real purchase from your catalog through your Stripe account. You see the order appear in your dashboard. You see it appear in your POS.

Once we both agree it's working, that's when the invoice is issued and the 72-hour payment window begins. Not before. It's not something done behind the scenes and handed to you as a done deal. It's a partnership — you're present for every step, and nothing is considered complete until you say it is.

15

After setup, how do I know it's actually working?

On install day, an AI agent places a live purchase from your actual product catalog — through your Stripe account, on your VPS. You watch it happen. The order appears in your new dashboard flagged by origin — so you can see exactly where it came from. That's your proof of life before any invoice is issued. Going forward, every AI agent order that comes in appears in the dashboard with its source protocol logged.

16

Can I see the dashboard before I commit?

Yes — you see it on install day, before any invoice is issued. The live test puts a real AI agent purchase through your catalog, and you watch it appear in the dashboard flagged by origin. The conversation about payment only starts after the system is live and working in front of you. Foundation customers: no invoice until the install completes successfully.

17

Is this really a one-time payment? No monthly fees ever?

Yes. And that's intentional. The goal is to get you ready for this new age of AI — not to lock you into another monthly subscription. The codebase is deployed to your server and belongs to you outright. No license fees. No ongoing dependency on anyone. The system keeps running whether or not you ever speak to us again. That's the point.

18

Is there a contract? What are the terms?

Yes, there is a contract. The key terms: Foundation — you pay only after a successful install and live test. JARVIS Suite — payment is required upfront. All payments are ACH bank transfer only, no credit cards. Every contractor who touches your system operates under confidentiality and credential-handling obligations. Your agreement is with Sidratnam.com exclusively. The contract is available in your client portal before you sign anything.

19

Can I start with Foundation and upgrade to JARVIS Suite later?

Yes — and that's the intended path. JARVIS Suite requires Foundation to be live first. Many clients see the live test on install day and decide to upgrade on the same call. There's no penalty for starting with Foundation. The upgrade path is $20,000 for JARVIS Suite added on top — the Foundation work is never redone, it becomes the base JARVIS builds on.

20

Do my customers have to do anything differently?

Nothing. Their AI assistant handles everything on their end. Your store receives the order through your normal Stripe and fulfillment flow. Your customer never has to change how they shop or interact with their AI — and you never have to change how you fulfill. The agent layer is invisible to both sides. It just works.

21

What if JARVIS publishes content I don't approve of?

JARVIS is fully customizable — and during your training sessions, you decide exactly how it operates. Want to review and approve every piece of content before it goes out? Set it up that way. Want it running fully autonomously without you touching it? That's an option too. JARVIS is your employee. It responds the way you configure it. You're always in control of what that looks like.

22

What does "you own the codebase" actually mean in practice?

Every line of code deployed to your server belongs to you. If you stop working with Sidratnam.com tomorrow, the system keeps running. No license fees. No kill switch. No ongoing dependency on anyone. You can read the code, modify it, extend it, or hand it to another developer — it's yours in the same way your domain is yours.

23

I'm already on DoorDash or Uber Eats. How do I get off without losing customers?

You don't have to get off overnight. But consider what's happening right now: DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub take 20–40% of every order, every day. When customers search on Google, it shows every ordering option for your business — if your own website is an option, that's where the order can go. What changes is who gets paid. Your own infrastructure means the convenience of delivery still exists — but through your checkout, at your margin.

24

How long until I start seeing results?

There's no way to guarantee results — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. What we can guarantee is that you'll know whether it's working. The system is designed for monitoring: every AI agent order is logged by source protocol, and JARVIS Suite sends a morning report every day showing exactly what ran and what moved. If something isn't performing, you can see it, diagnose it, and make the tweak. That's how the system is built — not to promise outcomes, but to give you the visibility and control to go get them.

Ready to be the store
AI agents can actually buy from?

The application takes 10 minutes. If it's a fit, you'll hear back within 48 hours. If it's not, you'll hear that too — directly, with a reason. No ghost, no form letter.
