Money-back guarantee
The guarantee, as the agreement states it.
This guarantee applies to agentic commerce engagements under the SidRatnam.com Service Agreement, version 1.0, Section 4. This page summarises that section; the signed agreement governs.
Which engagements it covers
Foundation ($5,000), Full Suite ($20,000; shown on this site as JARVIS Suite) and Both Together ($25,000), as defined in Section 1 of the agreement.
When a refund applies
If the agents are not working as specified — measured against the acceptance criteria documented in Appendix A of the agreement — by the end of the delivery window:
| Package | Delivery window |
|---|---|
| Foundation | 30 days after install |
| Full Suite or Both Together | 60 days after install |
the customer is entitled to a full refund of the engagement fee. The refund excludes any third-party costs the customer incurred independently (VPS hosting, third-party API usage, etc.).
How to request it
Send a written request to the direct-line email address named in your agreement, with a written statement identifying which deliverables fail which acceptance criteria from Appendix A. The refund is issued within 14 days of the written request.
What else the agreement says about it
If the customer pursues a refund, the deployed code remains in the customer’s repository; the deliverables are not retracted.
The money-back guarantee is the customer’s sole remedy for non-performance of deliverables, except as provided in Section 11 (Limitation of Liability).
Upon termination by the customer outside the money-back guarantee window, no fees are refunded; the customer retains code already delivered (Section 7).
Where to read the agreement
The agreement is not published as a public page. Your engagement’s acceptance criteria are set in its Appendix A, which records the scope at the moment you accept. The full agreement is presented for review in the client portal before you sign it, and the signed PDF stays available there.
