For Restaurant & Food Business Owners
DoorDash and Uber Eats didn't build your menu. They didn't hire your staff. They didn't earn your reputation. But they take 15 to 30 percent of every order you fulfill through their apps — and they never stop.
Commission lost this year
Estimate for 200 orders/mo at $35 avg, 25% commission rate.
Your real number may be significantly higher.
This number is running right now. Every hour. Every day. Every time someone finds your restaurant on Google and taps a DoorDash button, they get a quarter of that order value — and you get the rest.
Over a year, that's tens of thousands of dollars. Paid to platforms that did nothing except sit between you and your customer.
The Theft in Plain Numbers
You cook the food. You pack it. You hand it to a driver. Here's how the money moves on a single $35 order at their standard 25% rate:
On a $60 dinner: they take $15. On a $100 catering order: $25. There is no ceiling. There is no loyalty discount for sending them more business.
A real Google Business Profile ordering panel
What your customer sees when they Google you
Before they reach your website, Google shows them four commission-based ordering buttons. Every one of those clicks sends revenue to a delivery platform — not to you.
They Built a Store Inside Your Google Listing
When someone searches your restaurant on Google, they see DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub links baked right into your business profile. One tap and the order goes through their system — and their commission billing starts immediately.
The customer has no idea. You didn't necessarily opt in. The links may have appeared automatically. And every day they stay there, you pay.
These links can be removed. We do it as part of Step 1 of the fix. Your customers still order — they just order directly from you, at full margin.
The Scale
There is no volume discount with delivery apps. There is no reward for loyalty. The percentage stays exactly the same — so as your restaurant gets busier, they simply take more money.

The Solution
No drastic changes. No losing a single customer. Just moving the order — and the money — back to where it belongs.
Step 01
Your Google Business Profile has third-party ordering links we can remove. The first thing customers see becomes your website — not DoorDash. 15 minutes. Done.
Step 02
We set up direct online ordering on your site. When a customer orders, the money goes straight to you. Zero commission. 100% yours.
Step 03
Still need drivers? DoorDash Drive is a completely different product — a flat fee per delivery ($5.99–$9.99 depending on distance, avg. ~$8), not a percentage. Same network. Completely different economics.
The upsell DoorDash never let you run
When you own the checkout, you can offer free delivery at $75+. The customer adds more food to "earn" it. You keep 95% of a bigger order instead of 70% of a smaller one.
DoorDash vs. DoorDash Drive
Most restaurant owners don't know DoorDash Drive exists. It uses the same delivery network — but instead of taking a cut of every order, you pay a flat rate. At scale, the savings are enormous.
DoorDash / Uber Eats Commission
15–30%
Per order. No ceiling. A $60 dinner costs you $9–18 in commission alone.
DoorDash Drive — Flat Fee
$5.99–$9.99
Flat fee per delivery, distance-based. Avg. ~$8. Order size is irrelevant. You control everything.
Bonus Feature
Free Delivery Threshold
We configure your ordering system so that when a customer hits a minimum order value — say $45 or $50 — delivery is automatically included at no charge to them. You pay the DoorDash Drive fee (avg. ~$8), but you've already absorbed it into your margin. Your customer feels like they won a deal. Your average order value goes up. Everyone wins — except DoorDash.
