Before Install Day, there are four things that need to be in place. There's no long checklist. A working store, a server you control, a payment processor, and 60 minutes. Here's what each one means in plain English.

This is not a screening filter — it's a practical checklist. Most stores applying already have all four. If something's missing, you'll hear exactly what needs to change before anything is scheduled.

A working store
with real transactions

A live catalog. A payment processor handling actual orders. Rough floor: $10,000/month — not a hard gate, but Foundation is a performance layer. It makes a working store more visible to AI agents. It can't fix one that isn't working.

Close to the threshold? Apply anyway — you'll hear directly.

Admin or root-level
access to your server

The install requires admin or root-level access to the server your store runs on. Most merchants have this through a VPS (Virtual Private Server) — a dedicated server in a data centre that runs exclusively for you.

Don't have one, or not sure? No problem — just indicate it on your application and we can help.

A payment
processor

The agent purchase backend routes AI-initiated transactions through your existing checkout flow.

Sixty minutes
for the install call

The Foundation install happens live, on screen, in a single Zoom call. Most installs finish in under an hour. We walk you through each part on the call — you're there to ask questions, follow along, and confirm the system is running at the end.

Scheduled after application approval and scope confirmation.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Everything on the technical side. SSH access (temporary, revoked live at the end of the call), deployment of the five-protocol agent stack, live test with a real AI agent, dashboard configuration. We walk you through each part of it on the live 60-minute install day call.

After the call: working code in your repository, the dashboard live, no external access to your server.
