What you bring. What gets built.
You bring knowledge of your store — your product catalog, your customer behavior, the specific place in your funnel where revenue is leaking. That knowledge is the input the build is trained on. Without it, the agents are generic. With it, they are specific, which is the only thing that makes them useful.
You do not need to know how to code. You do not need to understand servers, SSH, or deployment scripts. You do not need to explain what ACP is or have an opinion on Node.js versus Python. That side of the engagement is handled — fully — in the build. Your job is to know your store. That is the expertise that cannot be replicated on my end, and it is the only prerequisite that actually matters.
What gets built is working infrastructure on your server: agents trained on your specific catalog and customer data, deployed to your VPS, tested in front of you with a real AI agent making a real purchase through your Stripe account. At the end of the install call, the system is running. The keys are yours.
The Foundation install call
The Foundation install happens on a single live on-screen session. Most installs finish in under an hour. You watch every step.
The sequence: Sid SSHs into your VPS. Deploys the agent purchase backend. Deploys
the customer dashboard. Configures your ACP discovery file. Runs a real test —
a live AI sub-agent that finds your /agents endpoint, reads
your ACP file, and completes a real purchase through your Stripe account.
You watch the transaction land in your Stripe dashboard with the AI badge.
Then: Sid deletes every credential from his systems. SSH keys. API tokens. Dashboard access. He attempts to SSH back into your server from the admin panel, live on the same call. The connection fails. You see "Connection refused." That is the receipt that access is terminated. The server is yours again.
The whole engagement closes when you say it is complete. Not when the clock runs out. Not when the invoice goes out. When you have confirmed, on the call, that what you watched deploy is what you agreed to.
The Full Suite: becoming the operator
Most support arrangements in this space are designed to keep you dependent. You file a ticket, someone closes it, the underlying system stays with the provider. You never learn how your own infrastructure works. The dependency is the product.
That is not what you get here. The Full Suite — all four commerce agents plus the JARVIS SEO system — is structured so that by day 60, you operate the system yourself. The goal is not to be your service provider. It is to make the service provider role unnecessary.
Three hours of live training, spread across the 60-day post-install window. Not a walkthrough of features. A working session on how the system works under the hood — how the Autonomous SEO Self-Ranking System generates and publishes content, how to extend the commerce agents, how to interpret what JARVIS is reporting, how to diagnose and fix things when something breaks. By the end, you understand your own system the way the person who built it understands it.
Claude Code is installed on your VPS, configured with your own Anthropic API key. The same tool used to build the system now sits on your server, ready for you to build the next thing. That is what the Full Suite support actually is: not a help desk, but a capability transfer.
The direct line
Every accepted engagement gets a private direct-line email — a dedicated address that reaches me directly for the duration of the build and the support window. Not a ticket queue. Not a support inbox routed through a team. One address. One person on the other end.
That line exists because the relationship matters more to me than the transaction. If something breaks at 11pm, you should be able to reach me without going through a form. If a question comes up that the documentation does not cover, you should get a real answer from the person who built the system, not a macro response from someone who read the documentation after you.
After the formal engagement ends, the direct line stays open permanently for occasional questions. You do not need it for day-to-day operation. But it is there, because the work is real and the relationship should be too.
The most valuable form of support is not a help desk you can always call. It is a system you understand well enough that you rarely need to.
What the application is actually for
The application takes 10 minutes. It asks about your store — current revenue, platform, the specific problem you are trying to solve, whether you have a VPS. The purpose is not screening you out. It is making the scoping call productive by starting with specifics rather than generics.
If the numbers do not support a build yet, you will hear that directly, with a reason, not a form letter. If the application is approved, you hear back within 48 hours and we schedule the scoping call. The scoping call is where the specific use case gets defined, the delivery timeline gets confirmed, and the engagement officially starts.
No commitment happens before the scoping call. No invoice goes out before the build is live. The application is the first step in a conversation, not a contract.
The filter: this is right for you if
You have a store with real transactions and you know specifically where the leak is. You are comfortable owning a VPS — or willing to set one up before the build starts. You want to own your AI infrastructure, not rent access to someone else's defaults. You are interested in becoming the operator of your own system, not the permanent customer of a service provider.
This is not the right fit if you want a vendor to manage everything forever, if you are pre-launch with no customer data, or if you want plug-and-play results without your team's involvement in understanding what is running.
The work is real. The handoff is real. The infrastructure is yours. That requires a counterpart who takes their store seriously enough to be involved in how it runs.
